Tomorrow it will have been 7 weeks since i started doing it. My squat has gone up dramatically and also my DL which is expected but I already feel a lot stronger. Thing is, I have only seen muscle gains in my biceps out of all the muscles. I know it's not even 2 months but still could I not expect just a little more muscle gains?
Q.Any ideas on how to rotate the isolations because i'd like to add in others like leg extensions and incline DB press because my chest is terrible in size(especially the upper) and I always feel like dropping SS just so I can work Chest enough.
Here is what i am doing atm.
WORKOUT A
Squat: 3x5
Bench: 3x5-
Chinups: 3x...
Barbell rows: 3x5
Dumbell exercise: 3x8-12
Tricep exercise:3-8-12
WORKOUT B
Squat: 3x5-
Military Press: 3x5
Deadlift:1x5-
Rear Delt Flyes: 3x8-12
Seated Calf Raises: 3x15
Barbell shrugs:3x10-12
My gains are this so far.
Squat:40kg----->85kg
Bench:35kg------>47.5kg
Deadlift:50kg------> 90kg
Barbell row:13kg------> 45kg
Military Press:25kg----> 37.5kg

2.5kg. It's the one exercise i'm not happy about. Because it's hard to push the 5 with no spotter, i have been kinda paranoid of failing. Also, for some reason, i did a 47.5kg warm up set last day with ease, and i set up for the 50kg, but i literally couldnt move the bar of the rack. Tried multiple times and gave up.

Thanks man (: i appreciate it. Tbh, i have only been doing 3 days a week so all i basically did was add in some exercises. And tbh, i think you could be able for it. I think it is definitely worth it. Every day i feel stronger and it feels good. Plus, you are only 13 so if you start either of those now you will be serious at 18/19
