19 years old as of the 24th of November, i am not natural . I completely regret it and i took a month of the gym on purpose to lose them gains. i am not all natural no but in my mind it made up for it slightly.
I started lifting at around 65 kg when i was 15 but for the first year i would say it doesn't really count as i went more to socialize and didn't have a clue what i was doing.
when i hit 16 i was around 68-70 kg however. i remained this weight and took up boxing for around 6 months
17-18 i took body building more serious. ending up around 76 kg lean(ish) at the age of 18
i got extremely ill after i turned 18 and lost around 4kg from a sickness bug. i went on a bulk and ended up at 78kg lean
since then i took a month off on purpose and hit around 75kg i then went on a bulk for 3 months hitting 79kg not lean. i then cut to 77kg. then re bulked to 84kg (my heaviest)
i am current 80kg on average and in the middle of a bulk
i suffer from body dyxmorphia (the opposite of annorexia) when ever i lose and weight or miss the gym for just a 2-3 days i feel extremely self conciouse and depressed. i hope to eventually be happy with my body and to be over this ridiculous problem.
please give me pointers on everything you can im ready for big change where ever it may be. i know my legs are appaulign and this is purely my fault for not training them. that will change in 2013

Exact same stats except my bf% is a little lower.
Avi is me @ 170lbs.
Why do you regret it? I suggest editting the beginning out so you don't get banned. Strong topic on these forums.
You're looking decent. Those who suffer(ed) from these types of things tend to be OCD about their diet and routine and get farther than others.

extremely dirty bulk. basicly im getting all my calories from my mass gainers then eating my normal meals as well, before i get hated on. im going for the rounder look ive been skinny since i was a kid. i wouldn't mind having that power lifter look for a while. if i dont liek it i can cut extremely quickly
i regret taking it full stop. it is mentally draining and yeah i didn't need it yet. i was depressed about how i looked before it and it cheered me up briefly. i took time off the gym on purpose to try to reset myself so i could comfortably say i am about where i would be naturally.
