Here I am, at 230 lbs, about to start my cut.
At what weight will I likely be "shredded" ? How long will it take?
I'm not using any fat burner supplements. I'm only on creatine, whey, C4, fish oil, and a multi.

id say ur between 11 and 13% but its a good idea to go buy a caliper at scheels. i did and it has been really useful in tracking my progress. so lets say your at 13% that means you have about 200lbs of lean body mass. if you lost 15lbs of fat you would be at about 7% and you would still have 200 lbs of lbm. it would be pretty tough to not loose any muscle in the process but this is just a goal to shoot for. good luck!#6ft tall crew... laughin at manlets

Agree with 13-14% or so.
For time to get shredded (~8% bf) - depends how low bf you want to get, and how much muscle you are willing to lose to get there. If you are ok with a slow cut (-250 to -500 cals a day) - roughly about 4-6 months to get shredded. Could definitely get there faster, you'll just risk dropping more muscle mass.

Creatine improves muscular endurance though, and that is much needed on a cut. I don't care about water weight. i can still lose fat. thats all that matters
Thanks, brah. I'm only counting proteins. A gram per pound of body weight. I dont think the effort to count fats and carbs is worth it. I'm eating a 500-700 calorie deficit.ツ Forever Alone Crew ツ
