i am 21 years old 155 pound male im looking for a good program that will help me reach my goal im not really familiar with workout and programs but my goal is to remain around the same weight but in the past two years i have been working as a cook and its hard to eat healthy so i have been developing what i call a cooks belly i have upper abs their not really defined.. but it looks awkward a belly and abs i have no idea how to get that flattened over all id like to just be more toned and in shape but that is the biggest problem can anyone help with this?
also work out twice a day i do the insanity work out program during the day and i attend the gym after work i mostly just copy people i see in the gym cause im not to familiar with the exersizes and what they do

You will have to gain some mass before you think about getting rid of the fat on your lower abs. If you focus on that one thing, it will stall your entire effort. Building muscle requires a calorie surplus.
With a generally larger frame, you will look better anyway - since what fat you have gets spread out more.
