Once school starts is when I start bulking. I have to bike to and from school everyday which takes an hour (there and back). There are lots of hills so it is also quite intense cycling. I also play tennis for 1-2 hours 4 times a week. Will this affect my muscle gain if i'm still eating at a 500 calorie surplus?
