You can buy 1kg bags in holland and Barrett they work out dear enough

Tesco do 1kg of almonds for around £2

Or search bulk buy nuts online and buy 5-10 kilo that's what i used to do

Not sure what selenium is but heard brazil nuts are natural test boosters, prob wouldnt even make a noticable difference. but also high in the protons

It is basically a micronutrient akin to iodine or iron needed in ridiculously small amounts but which serves vital functions (some are listed in the link below which is a pretty user friendly site for foods/nutrients).

Majority of its calories are derived from fat, about 9% of a brazil nut is protein. Compare this to say lentils which are one of the highest plant protein sources (~33%). Literally two brazil nuts a day is more than enough for preventing deficiency & ensuring optimal intake.

Got a dilemma brahs, Bought some skin care products off amazon and something came that I wasn't really expecting. Along with my soft shaving cream, men-u face wash and special shampoo was some Moisturizer which is also male foundation.
Without thinking ''u homo *******'', you think this can be applied without coming off as a complete queer. It isn't exactly really noticeable like the sluts you see in town and does give me a little tint. Nothing major but does make you look better

This acceptable to wear, I don't really care if people call me gay but they probably wont notice
