questioning stereotypes is like talking to a cow.
not saying indian genetics or what. everybody is the same.
FYI there is this indian guy at my gym I've seen him for about 6 months and he still looks the same. although he spends most of his time in the back, messing with the machines. I really tempting to tell him do a SS program or something instead of wasting his time.

his diet, intensity, sleep etc could be messed up too... tbh 60% of the causcasian guys in my gym look the same year round ... just because the indian guys you might see are genetically inferior doesnt mean that the whole race of over a billion people are 'beta *******s' ... thats really stupid of someone to think . Lol go and talk to him about his goals lmao im pretty sure hes gonna crack you up with his' indian accent ' i.e if hes pure indian

That’s very true for some. But not for these guys, two are very skinny and one is a bit over weight. Either way it's called respect. If someone comes up to me for advice or to give it, as long as I’m not in the middle of a set I am more than happy to listen and/or help. These guys were at the lat pull downs slamming weights down and swinging their backs like crazy….Having said this, you do not have a valid point in this situation! These guys spend more time talking about what they are going to do rather than actually doing it. And when they are working out it seems they are doing more harm to their body than good. So next time ask and don’t assume….thanks

there are always some pathetic idiots everywhere... me personally i never give advice to anyone unless they come to me and ask for it ... sometimes it just gets annoying when people come and give out advice (and sometimes absolute bull****) the last time i gave out unwanted advice was when a dude was gonna snap his back.

Theres about 8-10 Indians I see regularly at my gym, some are over 40 so ill leave them out of this generalization, but they literally have made no gains, not even strength gains. The skinny ones look like they are malnutritioned and te big ones are just obese.
Not stereotyping, just saying how I've seen it personally. I think its more the lifestyle/food culture/not being motivated enough that prevents them from making progress.

I do agree with you. I think what it comes down to is you will see jacked shredded white guys when you go to the gym, black to, the occasional asian here and there. I have yet to see a jacked Indian guy at my gym, and very rarely if at all anywhere else. So people will automatically assume the worst, plus bb.com is full of haters, dont take it personally.
