ErgoShred - Just the Right Strength

Thanks to Ergogenix for sending me a trial bottle of this a while back. It has been a hectic time for me, but I have used 1/2 and full servings several times in different settings and have a good feel for how it works. A good way to end before cycling off stims

Situation #1 - Pre-workout

I had a decent stim tolerance at the time I put Ergoshred to the test, and was doubling up on scoops some days. I took the full serving of 2 pills on these days. I felt the PEA in it for sure, and felt awesome. I was happy and enjoying my lifting My HR didn't get out of control, but I could tell my body was working hard to burn calories. I felt I may have been sweating a little more than normal. No crash at all!

Situation #2 - Study aide

I have been studying to re-certify for my long-expired Personal Trainer certification, and one pill was perfect to keep me focused and alert. I never really enjoy studying, but I was having fun taking the end of chapter quizzes, and I suspect the PEA may have been playing a role again Felt energized for around 2 hours, and once again no crash at all

Situation #3 - Gaming

I took 1 pill if I was waking up and playing my current video game, and got into the action really fast without being cracked out. If I really wanted to rock n' roll for a few hours with online friends, I would take 2 pills and really get into the zone. Time would fly by and I was enjoying my game as much as ever. Great substitution for Mt. Dew Code Red for any gamer who is watching their diet

In Conclusion

This product is perfect for anyone who doesn't want something too strong. Some of the pills these days are pure crack and jitters and jaw-clenching, and I got none of that. None of the weird tunnel vision I have experienced with yohimbe either. This non-yohimbe blend was really enticing to me, and I really like that the amount of caffeine wasn't hidden in a proprietary blend. PEA is always fun too

It is useable in multiple additional settings, but as a fat burner it is definitely effective
