Okay I workout 4 days a week and Im going for hypertrophy(building muscle).
Monday-rest(can't rest on tue. Because I'm busy)
Tuesday-bicep and back
Wednesday-chest and tricep
Friday-shoulders and traps
So per exercise I do 3 sets of 10-12
But what I don't get is how many exercises do I preform?

Are you following a premade program? Just pick something from the stickies and stick with it!
I recommend you read this thread too:

Allpro's beginner routine is not on the list but it is also widely recommended here.
