    Fat distribution

    Hey guys

Right now my weight is 135 and I'm 5"9.
I'm in a "bulking phase". I feel like I'm bony more in my upper body but I tend to gain a little more fat in my stomach area. Any tips on diet? Or is this rather normal during bulking? I just hate not being as lean in that area anymore

It is normal to put some fat on while bulking. Where it goes is mostly genetic.

Totally normal. All that says is you need more mass in your upper body, if you are looking too bony up top.

Im the same way. I started looking too thin up top (boobs went away fast) - so Im back to bulking, and yes the tummy was the first to get poofy. The up in food causes this. Its not all fat, but it sure feels like it haha, hang in there!

Unfortunately you have to get a little softer whole trying to bulk up... There really is no way around it.

Which division? Bikini? Figure? How do you look right now? This will all dictate how much more mass you need and how long it will take to build said mass is pretty subjective.
