I am a firm believer that you can reach your goals and stay motivated if you have your goals scribbled down somewhere that is easily seen and not forgotten.
This is posted on my bedroom door:
My goal for this year:
>40 pull ups in a row from the dead hang
>150 push ups in a row with the chest to deck
>20 muscle ups in a row with no kipping
Run a <5 minute mile
Run a 5k in less than 18 minutes
Participate in a 5k and a 1/2 marathon
Deadlift >315 lb for 5 reps
Squat >275 lb for 5 reps
Bench >255 lb for 5 reps
To everyone here on the forums, what are your personal fitness goals for 2013?

Get to 140 pounds with 10-12% bodyfat, going to be a fun year long bulk since I have no where to go but up from where I am now (118ish with ~8-10% bodyfat).
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
