Should it be right after you workout or is it like birth control with women, it doesn't matter as long as you're taking it at the same time consistently?

Doesn't necessarily matter when. The thing with multi's though is one multi is like a drop in a bucket. You want to be consistently nourishing your body with vitamins and minerals for optimal health. With a pill, you get a large spike, but the body just flushes out what it doesn't need at that moment - particularly your water soluble vitamins (b-complex, vitamin c). The best way to supplement your multi is in liquid form and taking sips throughout the day.
I recommend BTT from here: youngevityshopping.com/100900223
You mix it in water, and drink throughout the day. It tastes great and has a super punch of all the vitamins/minerals you need.

well in all honesty i think thats just a matter of preference. i always take my multi in the morning right when i wake up and have my my breakfast. thats actually when i take most of my vitamins because i know that later in the day i'll be running around a lot and dont wanna forget anything. but i dont think it's a big deal if you take it later in the day. taking it pre or post workout wont really make a big difference in my opinion but if thats how you like taking yours, go right ahead big man. thats fine as well.
