is the best feeling ever. Drinking my pre-workout coffee jamming on some metal and getting all tingly in excitement to lift. This subforum is great for getting me there, mostly the video thread.

Think I can understand ya, finally getting back on track and did 3 1/4 miles this morning at the gym. Now it's only the afternoon but I am wanting to go back and get some more in and cannot wait til I can get back up there in the morning.
Trying to get back to my old self PLUS improve it.
Getting back onto this train and not getting derailed again!
