It may seem like a silly question but some people add up all of their weeks projected calories and then divide by 7.
So my question, who eats more on the days they workout and then less on the days they don't workout?
edit: also, I'm not looking for "it doesn't matter" type answers, this is like market research rather than an "ask for help thread"

i eat more on rest days thats when u actually grow, but i do eat more carbs pwo and pwo on training days but have more food with every meal on off days.
