How many of you eat more on your workout days?

It may seem like a silly question but some people add up all of their weeks projected calories and then divide by 7.

So my question, who eats more on the days they workout and then less on the days they don't workout?

edit: also, I'm not looking for "it doesn't matter" type answers, this is like market research rather than an "ask for help thread"

I do. I eat like 200-300 more calories on workout days than rest days.

Just feel like it makes sense, and its not harming me so why not.

I do this as well. Seems like it makes sense to feed your body a little more those days and help with recovery.

I eat when I'm hungry, then try to eat a bit more even when I'm not. But so far as your question goes, I'd say I definitely eat more or less depending on how much work I've done.
