Hi everyone, I have a question regarding a possible injury I think I might have sustained earlier this week.
I was working out my legs the today, and when I was doing my first set of LEG EXTENSIONS I had a sensation on my upper right abdomen area, like right below my right ribcage. It felt like a bad muscle cramp and there was a small lump there for about a minute. After about 2 minutes the pain subsided and so did the lump. I checked to see if it is a hernia when I got home, about two hours later by doing a sit up and looking/feeling for a lump, but there is nothing there. It just feels a little sore and has a slight "cramp" feeling to it when I sit up. It has only been a few hours since this has happened btw. I was doing a set of 15 on leg extensions, so I was not using heavy weight. I am just worried about this because I know that if there is a lump than it could possibly be a hernia.
So what do you guys think it is? A hernia, muscle strain, spasm? I honestly don't know and am hoping someone else can help me out.
Thanks alot
