    Sunday

I want to remind myself to be calm and listen to my body. I want to remember that food will always be there and that moving daily makes me feel better. I want to fill myself with God daily and turn my life over to Him. I want to keep the faith that He can do everything and with Him, all my dreams will come true. I pray for Your strength Father, my true Love. Amen Father.
My prayers and love to everyone. God bless.

Well, I found the new journal. You can't get rid of me that easily.

Admittedly I'm very hit and miss, and life is just always busy lately. bb.com takes a back seat, but I enjoy catching up on what you've written even when I don't have a lot to add.

What's the deal with Miami, btw. Trip or move?

Dang Pastor! I just noticed your profile pic and I'm impressed; same to Steve (if you are reading this). I'm very grateful for the love and support I feel from you guys. I feel like the Lord brings these incredible angels into my eyesight and I am humbled by your presences, let alone your kind words.
I hope you and your wife enjoyed your vacation; do you mind sharing what part of FL you visited? I hope you soaked up plenty of vitamin D to help fuel your Good works. If I can devote any prayers to you or your congregation at any time, I would love to use my energies to support your Works. I love the Churches I have been attending lately and am becoming more involved in one in particular. I have so much to learn of the Scripture and am more in love with our Father the more I read the Word. I read It out of context frequently and am considering reading It in order; imagine that. I hear the stories of Jesus and I am filled with such joy and respect and gratefulness. I read the Psalms of David and feel like I feel exactly as he did, in love with the Lord. I pray everyone gets to know our Father so they too may kneel to Him and adore Him as He does us, His children. I feel so blessed.
I'm heading to your journal soon to spread support/love to you. God bless.

Great job with the HIIT! I can't imagine 7 miles, I barely got through 1.25
And accountability is so important. Find two or three people to pray for you and to meet with you weekly if you can. I did this in seminary and am starting groups in my church. Great, necessary tool for growth!
