Hey guys, I'm 18 years old, an apprentice chef, have a 20 month old son, and weigh 106 kilos.
I work from 10am til 3pm, then work 5:30 til roughly midnight 5 days a week, and my days off are spent relaxing and studying for school, so I have next to no time to go to a gym and work out. Do you guys have any hints/tips for me to lose 25 kilos from home?
