It took a LONG time to get there. lol. The bigger you get the harder they are to do for sure. I'm on a cut for the next few weeks for a powerlifting meet coming up in March. I'm hoping to finally get a one armed chin the morning of the weigh in. I can do one now with 10lbs of assistance and I have 12lbs to cut for the meet. Fingers crossed

Was just planning on 5X5 but ended up getting 2X6, 2X5, 1X8 (the PR)
50 + 23 (weighted w/ +35) + 50 + 25 (weighted w/ +35) + 50 + 30 (weighted w/ +35) = 228 in three days
54.997 + 228 = 55.225B: 320
