This is the new thread, better one up ourselves in 2013 or this is fuking stupid.

Simply post and add up how many you have done. Hopefully, we can total a million by the end of 2013.

eg.

Post 1: 10
Post 2: Did 10 too, total count at 20.

Any grip counts. hammer, chin-ups or pull-up.

Well that's the thing not many people do pull ups. Look at the last thread, only a few people do pull ups regularly

Im basicly starting over, we had a kid last year and...yeah that sucks up a lot of free time. Ill only be throwing in 20-25/week so dont feel like its too little to help.
