Doing so many pullups and chinups I am sure helped me save a fishermans life last week. A guy fell into the water while fishing at a marina...tripped over a water spigot they have installed on the docks. I was just fishing with him moments earlier and as i was driving away I did not see him. so i glanced down at the water and saw him in the icr cold water. I pulled up and ran down the dock -about a 100 yards and reached down and pulled his dead weight up. His joints had began to lock up due to the cold so he couldnt climb up. .....I really felt good being able to do that. and its a lot to do with all the pullups for the last couple of months.......just wanted to share
