I've been visiting the website for almost a year now and I finally decided to make an account. I'm a college baseball player and I'm trying to make gains in order to improve my performance on the field. This past May after I finished the school year I was just not happy with my body as well as my performance on the field and I knew that getting in better shape would only help me out. I settled on Kris Gethin's 12 week program and I have to say that I was very happy with my results. I started in May at about 15.4% bodyfat and by the end the lowest reading I got at the gym was 10.2% but I'm not completely sure how accurate either of those were because the equipment was pretty old. For my supplemenation I used mainly Optimum for my whey and casein proteins. To help with fat loss I took the Cartinine Formula from GNC as well as Green Tea pills. I also used Con-Cret for my creatine. I followed the workouts religiously as well as the cardio but I added in a extra meal or two a day in order to keep my weight somewhat up to avoid getting too thin. For meals I followed the diet pretty closely, but I allowed myself 1 cheat meal a week just to keep my sanity. Pictures are attached and thanks for reading!
