    My Results from Kris Gethin's 12 week program

    Hey all,

    I've been visiting the website for almost a year now and I finally decided to make an account. I'm a college baseball player and I'm trying to make gains in order to improve my performance on the field. This past May after I finished the school year I was just not happy with my body as well as my performance on the field and I knew that getting in better shape would only help me out. I settled on Kris Gethin's 12 week program and I have to say that I was very happy with my results. I started in May at about 15.4% bodyfat and by the end the lowest reading I got at the gym was 10.2% but I'm not completely sure how accurate either of those were because the equipment was pretty old. For my supplemenation I used mainly Optimum for my whey and casein proteins. To help with fat loss I took the Cartinine Formula from GNC as well as Green Tea pills. I also used Con-Cret for my creatine. I followed the workouts religiously as well as the cardio but I added in a extra meal or two a day in order to keep my weight somewhat up to avoid getting too thin. For meals I followed the diet pretty closely, but I allowed myself 1 cheat meal a week just to keep my sanity. Pictures are attached and thanks for reading!

    Definitely can see a difference.

    P.S. Not 10% BF though. I would say you were about 18% starting and ~14% currently...

    Thanks, I figured the numbers were a little off, the body fat reader at my gym was pretty old and I wasn't sure how accurate it would be

    Fantastic results. Was that the DTP workout? I was thinking of doing that but I started the HRT Solo program instead. Definite change, keep it up!

    Yes it is, but like I said I added 1 or 2 meals because I was mostly just trying to burn off fat, I still lost about 9-10 pounds
