First off, clearly i have used all the FF products before including testx180. it was some great stuff and enjoyed my month on it. Today i will start my log for the new TestX180 Alpha, I have used many testosterone boosters products from a few dif companies. All have been logged or reviewed by me.
i have used a few products with testofen in it and that is the main ingredient for increasing the test. will have to see how all these other ingredients will play a role in gains.
2012 was the first year i was able to workout for more than a couple months without becoming injured. been very injury prone. i play baseball in the summer so thats my main goal. improving for baseball season. Though at the same time i want to continue to sculpt my body as i try to do a show in a couple years. I dont have any stats of current.
--objective is to reach a 300lb bench. maxing about 275 as of last month.
--continue progressing as i have been for the last 6 months.
my workouts are area specific and go for as much volume as possible.
note- profile pic is from august. im a little thicker and fuller now.
follow along!

along with my goal...
bench press
#sets-#reps-weight
1-20-40
1-10-135
1-4-185
1-2-225
2-2-245
-----------------------this is my benchmark as i barely got that 245 up. id estimate that a max of 260ish. got to push that to 300.http://forms.aweber.com/form/85/1635053985.htm - Newsletter!

did shoulders yesterday and sported a new high on military press at 135(if youve followed previous logs or would like to see history of issues..ask and ill link you)
yesterday after my workout i started adding in some specific baseball training. some kettlebell work and baseball swings
i got my first deep tissue massage, absolutely tore my shoulders up. many many knots in my traps. as she was digging i literally couldnt breathe because of the pain. as the night went on my bod ached more and more. was nervous of waking up in immense pain, but woke up and everything feels great! shoulders and neck feels a lot looser. i may go back in a couple weeks to have just my shoulders worked on. theres still some areas in my traps that i can tell are still issues ans stretching isnt working, neither is self massaging.http://forms.aweber.com/form/85/1635053985.htm - Newsletter!

tomorrow is chest day. will probably hit some core later on.
i know the recovery will be pretty good with this stuff, so im trying to start hard and end harder by the end.http://forms.aweber.com/form/85/1635053985.htm - Newsletter!

ehhhhhhh workouts hit a snag yesterdayish. was doing shoulders/traps and felt a slight twinge in my shoulder. tried to loosen it up with stretches and some band work today. ehhh still not great. just did abs/obliques. tomorrow i will be taking off. will be doing back on monday. to say im disappointed would be an understatement. if i wake up monday and im still not feeling well...im going to skip back...and do legs and push back to tuesday.

woke up with shoulder feeling pretty good. workout went great. i took a day off bodyrush and used a sample assault by muscle pharm, not a fan, noticed nothing really at all. didnt dampen workout but def didnt notice same benefits. i went a little lighter than usual for back day to protect my shoulder. made up for it with extra reps. did everything 5-6 sets, 15-20 reps.
one of biggest things i notice with testx180 is the ability to just keep working out. i plan on going back to the gym later this evening for some abs and a little cardio.http://forms.aweber.com/form/85/1635053985.htm - Newsletter!

yesterday was chest workout. I am on pace to hit a 300lb bench in the month or so. my volumed bench yesterday was this
20x45
15x95
10x135
5x185
5x225
3x245
1x255
i feel if i keep that up..i could get it. the 255 actually went up and down pretty easy, no spot. just didnt want to push it. keep it safe.http://forms.aweber.com/form/85/1635053985.htm - Newsletter!

oh boy. i may be sore or in pain 2morro.
chest day. full out hard. 25 minutes of cardio.
about 2 hours later did 30 minutes of batting practice which includes swinging a 10 lb body bar mixed with regular bats to increase power and speed.
then an hour later did some throwing drills which usually isnt done at the time due to the weather. i may be sore 2morro. well see.http://forms.aweber.com/form/85/1635053985.htm - Newsletter!

Review!
i have done a review of this and x180(original)
for those who never used a test booster before...they kick in about a week after u start taking them. and when this kicked in, it kicked in....
i had some fantastic increases in strength. set a new person records through the month. in the all the main categories.
record in shrugs of 400
record in volume bench. still short of 300 lbs
record in jump squats 200lb
record in pullups of full bodyweight pullups 5 sets x 6.
im giving this a 10/10 because not only does it help you recover, but i noticed longer duration of workouts, something i havent seen in test boosters, i forgot to take it one day before workout and the workout didnt go as well.
im at about 187lbs and the strongest and fastest ive been in my life.http://forms.aweber.com/form/85/1635053985.htm - Newsletter!
