iSatori EAT-SMART

When I got home today my package was waiting for me.

Since it is a little later in the eve. for my schedule I can't do much tonight with it. I did try the Frosted Cinnamaon Caramel Crunch bar.

Overall- 9/10 Great taste! It is one of the better tasting bars I have had in some time. The bar was enjoyable to eat I didnt have to fight my way just to get a chucnk off of it as with some bars. No bad or chalky after taste as you get with other bars that have similar macros.

I probably should have waited and had the bar a little earlier in the day as I try to cut back on my carbs in the evening and this one had a bit much for my schedule but overall not bad ad again the taste is great

The bars and shakes will come in handy durig my work day as I am always on the go and get stuck quite often picking something up on the way to the next work site.

When working out of a service vehicle and not knowing exactly how long your day is going to be packing enough healthy foods to cover snacks and meals can be challenging.

Not sure what recipe I will try with these but i will figure something out

Sludge is my favorite. 1-2 scoops of Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Eat-Smart powder, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, and enough water to mix. Fridge or nuke! SO GOOD!

Also did my first recipe with the powder. Today I had : Chocolate Chocolate Chip, 2 TBSP peanuut butter, 1 Egg. Nuked it for a minute. Scarf up the goodness

I have tried this one before with another protein and it was good but the iSatori mixed a bit better into it and fluffed up in the microwave better.

today I had to just go with a packet and mix it with water crazy busy day. So the bars and shake came in handy today

It mixed really well in my blender ball and tasted really good aswell. It had a nice creamy taste to it.

I am gonna give protein pancakes a try this weekend

So my pancakes pretty much sucked ass, not becuase of the powder though it is because I am not a good cook... lol

first i tried a packet with just water mixed it to a pancake mix consistency and then into the pan... didnt work so well

Then I tried powder, water and an egg white to give it some lift. not so much again, so that was it for my packets...lol

The pancakes where able to eat but I would go making them unless I was really cutting hard and needed some cheat food that wasnt going to throw me off track.

absolutely enjoyed it !!! The shakes are a great way to beat a sweet tooth they are really good.
