Had a long think about this after my leg session today, and I have set my goals for 2013 which i would like to share.
This year I applied for a Sports Science Degree. So my first goal is to get in.
My second is to by the end of the year be 75kg (165lbs) at around 12% bf. I'm currently at 152lbs 15% bf. thats an ambitious gain of 15lbs lbm and cut 3% bf.
Finally, I want the 2/3/4 plate bench squat deadlift for 1 rep by the end of the year. im currently at:
176lbs for bench
225 squat
315 deadlift
Please tell me if these goals are too ambitious but I plan on bumping this thread at the end of the year to see how far I've come.
Just my way of tracking progress.

Fitness related-
By April 1st, 2013:
Weigh 170 pounds
Improve symmetry
Increase size of arms
Increase mass on upper chest
Significantly bring up legs
Widen and thicken back
Deadlift 3x6x325
Incline DB Press 3x8x95
Squat 3x6x250
Fix any and all poor form
By August 1st, 2013:
Weigh 160-163 pounds
Be around 7-8% body fat
Maintain strength and size throughout diet
Non-fitness related-
Acquire girlfriend
Be more outgoing
Get better with managing my time
Try harder in school
Not procrastinate as much

140kg+ squat
200kg deadlift
90-100kg bench
16-17 inch arms
30inch thighs
Better pecs
Wider lats
Basically go up a shirt size
Personal:
Be more outgoing (last year in HS, phuck it)
Get the grades I need to get into Uni
Make deeper relationships with more people
When at college become sick kunt
