cause you workout at planet fitness. go to a real gym and youll see chicks putting 225 up on standing OHP

Used to think the same thing. Most guys have a hard time pressing over 135. Most casual people at the gym just do bench press, they don't focus on heavy shoulders. Think at my peak I could do 190 for a few sets of 5. Will never attempt again tho. More fragile now then I was in my mid 20s
