C4 Pineapple Review

I've never taken a pre-workout before, so wanted to try just to see what all the hype is about more then anything. I currently take whey protein and creatine, and my supplement experience ends there, and so it should at 15 to be fair, but I just wanted to give this a go as I said. I tried it on four separate occasions. My first time was one scoop, then I took two scoops twice, then my most recent workout I took a whopping 3 scoops. I'll explain why later.

TASTE: 7/10
I'm not a huge pineapple lover, but I don't mind it. As far as getting that pineapple taste, I think it did a decent job, but it was hardly anything amazing. It's not something you won't be able to get down, that's for sure.

PUMP: 0/10
Didn't feel any added pump at all. Maybe this is because of my lack of gym experience (5 months serious lifting) but I'm sure if it was really something ridiculous I would have felt it.

PERFORMANCE: 0/10
Once again. I felt no added energy or endurance on any of the four occasions I tried this supplement. That's why I kept upping the scoops. I did feel like I was sweating more then usual however, maybe a by-product of my body not agreeing with what I was putting into it.

CRASH: 10/10
It offered me no performance benefits, and no crash, so I guess it cancels itself out.

OVERALL: 0/10
There really isn't any way I can give this a higher rating if it didn't work. What else can I say? Stay away from this ****. A lot of people on here are getting the supps for free and giving overly generous reviews. I didn't feel a damn thing, which is a shame. I'd be looking at Craze or Jack3d Micro for my next pre-workout purchase, even though to be perfectly honest, I don't think I will be buying or using any for the next few years. I tried contacting Cellucor via their website but didn't get a response. What a joke.

Sorry about your bad experience man but make sure your reading the product labels as well. If you are 15 you shouldn't be taking this product since it is meant for people 18 years of age or older. I tried C4 a while back and thought it was a pretty good pre-workout though.

I think this is an excellent preworkout! Also want to give many thanks to Cellucor for sending me samples of this. I love all the flavors and it mixes extremely well also. It is very effective and gets me through days when i'm tired and even when i'm training a bigger bodypart that takes me a little longer to complete. C4 definitely gets you going and I think people should give this a try. No crashes and great pumps!
