After my workouts I currently drink (along with 5g of creatine) 2 cups of skim milk blended in with 1 and 1/2 scoops of Myofusion or Trutein with 2 scoops of Vitasport Mass Fuzion Waxy Maize (for its carbs)...

but now I am down to the very little bit of Waxy Maize and am curious if I should re-stock on this product or if mixing in a banana or oats would suffice
I have pretty much heard that waxy maize isnt neccesary but Im not too convinced that its a waste as it seems to be a fast acting carb (similar to how whey is a fast acting protein)
money isnt really an issue in my case to be honest.
My goal is to pack on a lot of muscle
