    Question Sports dietitian

    Hi all,

Just wanted to know if anyone has used a sports dietitian to help with their diet/ training?

Just wanted to know how you found it and if you thought it was worth it. Also did it help to reach your goals?

    Thanks

It does help if you are a complete beginner. However you will get to a point where you will next to do self experimentation because the diet is personal. Ie. what works for you isn't the same as what works for other people.

I agree. It also depends on the actual sport you do. You're gonna have to adjust it often until you find the perfect balance. It's good to depend on dietitian/ trainer at beginning and when you start hearing your own self you just move away.
