guy was seriously a jerk, anyone have stories like this? seriously though get a full range of motion and keep your back straight and tighten your core. Not much activation this way ha

Had 2 people come the gym today, did 1 of everything (1 set, 1 rep haha)... one guy was doing a bench triceps extension with a 45lb, went behind his head, came up and it slipped past his head, almost knocked his teeth out... man I need to record more gym sessions....
This week only (every new years week) I'm going to record all the new comers lol!USMC.
