Had 2 people come the gym today, did 1 of everything (1 set, 1 rep haha)... one guy was doing a bench triceps extension with a 45lb, went behind his head, came up and it slipped past his head, almost knocked his teeth out... man I need to record more gym sessions....

Agree'd haha. I try to stay away with her, she coughs every 5 secs. She's like.. working out makes me cough. I'm like.. no; it's just your unhealthy and your body has no idea what the hell your doing to it right now! lol

Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
