carbs a day: im not sure how many carbs a day i should be taking can someone tell me?
Q2. i been working out for 4 months, only my biceps and chest (little bit of back too) and i made really noticible gains any ways since im still considered a ''biggener'' would this routine work for me?
(doing this 3 times a week)
squat 3x6-10
flat bench press 3x6-10
incline bench press 3x6-10
wide grips pull ups 3x6-10
lying french press and/or standing barbell curls 3x6-10
tricep pushdown and/or seated dumbbell curls 3x6-10
lateral raises 3x10-12
standing calf raises 3x10-25
deadlift 5x5
