how does one separate bro science from science?
example, someone says this worked for them but your hesitant to try it your self then other people say something against it to disprove it, now you don't know what to do ( frustrating someone, especially as i was and still am as a beginner'')
i don't really wanna make this a science v.s bro science thread as there's many already, although how does one be able to tell ''okay this is bro science and what worked for him'' and ''okay this is science, factual, and proven''

Read stuff from Lyle McDonald, Alan Aragon and pubmed. Once you know what's factual, then you'll be able to distinguish the difference a mile away.
