I don't want advice of any phaggot. If you go to a proper gym you can learn a lot just by watching and then you can maybe ask for a few pointers. Noobs that give out advice are phaggots. Only time you should really go out of your way to advise someone is if they are doing something stupid which could lead to an injury imo.
