if you are less than 180 lbs you have no business even mentioning weightlifting, let alone giving advice on it. whenever you get the urge to spout a bunch of broscience bull****, ask yourself this question:
"am i over 180 lbs?"
if the answer is NO, then keep your ****ing mouth shut and start eating more. no one wants to hear a bunch of horse **** you pulled from your pathetic lifting experience.
let the big guys give advice.

if you are 6'4 183lbs you shouldn't be giving advice on anything besides how to be a skinny phaggot.

its not so much lifting advice they shouldn't give as it is nutrition advice. They very well might know how to lift.

By the OP's logic, yes the 200 lb newb is superior in knowledge regardless whether or not you, the 170 lb person, is shredded as faurk and possesses strong lifts.

But but but, I stay under 180 on purpose. I stay under 170 so that I can compete in 77kg weight class...
Squat: 135 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 185 lbs
Mid hang clean: 278 lbs
Stop quoting my stats. I know what I'm doing if I can deadlift 1.5 plates.

I'm 5'9 180 on the dot......Hardly ideal body but ive been bulking. After a neck injury ,a blown shoulder and several herniated discs I dropped down to 145. But I know more then alot of people on here. A good portion of the misc does not lift. I'm not going to tell a pro whats up, that's just not logical, but I lifted in my army and have always kept in pretty decent shape. Am a a body builder...no...far from it....But I know more then the novice that just started. And weight has no direct correlation with knowledge, I have seen some "manlets" as we are called that are far stronger and in far better shape then some of the people that weigh more. And the last time I checked 6'4 180 is Ethiopian poster child sized.
Oh and ...
