    Insanity twice a day

Is it better to do the Insanity Program twice a day for better results?
For example : doing the excercies the first thing in the morning before breakfast then repeating them in the evening.

exercise doesnt get rid of fat, calorie deficit will. Save your time and cut calories.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

    Quoting for truth.

The irony of this thread title as well, made me lol. I don't understand people who want to kill themselves in the gym for hours. Just eat less and spend your time on other things.
Only a life lived for others, is a life worthwhile.

Of course you understand, people just don't know how losing fat works and think they can lose weight asap if they put in max effort daily. Recipe for disaster but it's common lawl.

Insanity is a recipe for calf strain and shin splints. Your calves will literally turn to s@#$ from overtraining. Focus on your weight lifting and diet OP. Keep cardio to no more than 90 minutes per week. Use the avatars of the people giving you advice as proof that these are good methods. The guys in the insanity videos are twigs except Shaun, who probably got his size from weight lifting.

For your question, if doing insanity twice a day to get you faster results, answer is no. you lose about 500 calories already doing insanity ONCE a day. The whole point of insanity is to do the HITT yes, but in the package they also talk about the food. its very important. read the nutrient book thing. it explains how much you need to eat, and you gotta wait, your body needs time to change.

Keep in mind also that some of the guys doing hardcore workouts twice a day are juice monkeys. That is not easy for many to do. Patience and good nutrition is the better route I think, but hey, just another ding dong on dat der interweb thing.

Not a good idea.. Enjoy life dude, Insanity is solid, but doing it twice a day will only make you hate it. Eventually, you'd probably stop doing it all together.

Insanity is doing a bunch of pointless bs. Eat in a 500 calorie deficit, lift weights and if you want to do cardio, do 20-30 minutes of hiit on the treadmill when your weight sessions are done. This will get you 100% results and won't take too much time away from your life. Insanity is just nonsense!!!
