13:00 low intensity cardio slows metabolism
From this video I conclude that 30 minutes of LISS a day while cutting is okay.
can someone explain what layne meant.? how exactly does metabolism slow? (im pretty sure we dont have to worry about this as long as LISS is kept to 30 min daily)
also I read somewhere that a diet break is needed every 8 weeks or so.
