    About 4 Months of Progress

What's going on everyone. Well I just recently started to get serious with working out and dieting. I've read a lot of threads on here all the way from nutrition down to exercising. My first month I decided I wanted to cut down on body fat. So I dieted and worked out for about 4 weeks. After seeing results which looked like I didn't have enough mass to keep cutting, I decided to bulk. So I've been bulking since around the beginning of October. Come new year I will be on a very slow cut. At the beginning of my cut I started out at 205, I cut down to 194, which was when I decided to bulk. Now I have bulked up to 215. The reason I can't continue to bulk is because in the military we have standards and have to be within those standards. We get checked semi annually, so I must start my cut at the beginning of the new years. Let me know what you think ( Sorry for some of the crappier pictures) Happy holidays!

Pictures are a bit small and distorted so it's hard to compare, all I can say is you're looking better than 4 months ago. Bulk seems a LITTLE fast considering the 20lb jump in 3 months but the pictures show that ur doing fine.
Just keep going brah, unless u have a deadline soon I'd bulk another 2 months at least?

Yea I have gained some lbs, I know a decent amount of it is water weight. Like I said before if I could bulk longer I def would, but come January I'll have 8 weeks to be under 204. Appreciate the feedback bro.

Lookin good. That belly shrunk a lot.
Not a means to an end... the means are the end.

I eat most of my food and carbs at 1am right before I go to bed. I'm talking Thanksgiving dinner every day. I have bulked doing this, maintained, and yes lost weight also.
