Reached a complete plateau and no idea how to make any more progress.
Currently trying a diet of cereal breakfasts, chicken and spicey salsa lunch, nuts and low fat greek yoghurt snack and balanced mail meal.
Main aim in the gym is heavy weights with the aim of cutting fat through muscle burning it off.
Any suggestions to move forward?

you need a bigger foundation man, lift lift lift, squats deadlifts bench. if you want a decent ab routine shoot me a pmUsed to be 247lbs 40% body fat.
