Hey everyone,I am new to this site and I'm looking for advice. I am lean all over for the most part. My arms are very cut along with the majority of the rest of my body except for my damn love handles. I uploaded a picture after me after my last fight(boxing) a couple weeks ago and I am wondering how I should get rid of them? My abs have gotten bigger since the photo was taken, but so have my handles. I know cardio cardio cardio, but is it possible that I just have a wide base and will never loose them?
Any advice or thoughts??

if you want to get leaner than you already are, it's all about diet diet diet, NOT 'cardio cardio cardio'...cardio HELPS but you can easily spin your wheels for weeks to months simply by having a half-ok diet and lots of cardio. turn that around have an awesome diet with little to no cardio, and you will surely not stall on fat loss.

You have a really good midsection. You're blessed with good obliques. Don't complain. I have one of those super narrow wasp waists and always wished my obliques were bigger. Bigger obliques really help your lower back from having problems also.

one other thing, OP, it may be that your back (lats specifically) and shoulders are not wide enough to give the appearance of a smaller waist. if you feel that you look too 'boxy' then this is likely the case at your current body fat level. get your back and shoulders bigger and the V taper will be more pronounced, and your waist will look even smaller. not that it looks big as is.
