Kinda depends on your insertions and what not, there is no set number, just get bigger and fill it out.

Im wearing one now and its tight on my arms but then i have a few that fit perfectly so depends on the shirt. 15" is about right though.
I used to lift
Now I get triggered by people's poor form while they lift heavier weights than I can
