    Best type of cardio for fat loss

    Yes, I know this thread has been posted about 1000 times, but I want to hear YOUR opinions on the topic. So, what is your favorite/best type of cardio for strictly fat loss?

    Cardio isn't necessary at all for fat loss, just eat in a calorie deficit. But if you were to do cardio, I would suggest doing High Intensity Interval Training. (HIIT)

    I am eating in a deficit but I throw in cardio to make it more of a deficit

    When i cut up last summer, i was alternating between the treadmill doing a fast walk on incline (not running) and the cross trainer. Treadmill was my primary cardio machine, but I would avoid it the day before a legs day, or if my shins / ankles were aching.

    Start with 30 mins a day for 3-4 weeks. Then up this to 45 mins for 3 weeks or so. Then incorporate some HIIT. This worked well for me.
