2013 is almost here, have you thought about what your goals are going to be?
Share your thoughts for your plans along with some basic info for an opportunity to log a full container of ErgoPump NMT
I will choose 3 loggers for a full container. Here's what I am looking for...

Must have a good post count and good reputation on the boards
Be 18 or older
Live in the US
I also have several small tubs of ErgoPump NMT to giveaway and and will give 3 newbs a mini log opportunity to "break into" the logging world. I know it isn't easy to get selected as a newb with not a lot of posts on here, but show us what you got with this log and more opportunities will be sure to come your way! All of the rules except the post count apply.
Winners will be selected after we get a good amount of apps, so hit it peeps!

My goal for 2013 is to get big and lean for summer, I'm 38 and 6 months back in the gym. Littles one, marriage etc got me away from the gym 5 years ago and I just need something to give that added edge, my form and routine are notched in. I'm honest and would write a review on my actual results and opinion regardless

The best was probably jack3d.. but that's obv banned now. Then i'd say 1MR or C4 Extreme, and then white flood. I don't mind beta alanine, i just want to tear it up in the gym. i don't really pay attention to the tingling. I might just not feel as much because i'm really resistant to supps. That's why i really want something strong. I also don't like products that require a really long wait period before you workout. Like NO Black chrome has a 90 minute wait period before you lift AND on an empty stomach. GRRRR. I want to take my preworkout, go to the gym, and have the energy and focus that preworkouts are supposed to give!

Hey there. Plain and simple I've committed to changing my body in 2013. I will be continuing 5/3/1 with assistance exercises and hitting the gym 4 days a week minimum. I'd like to hit 315 DL, 260 bench and get my squat back to where it used to be (knee injuries galore... most recently a Bakers cyst that inhibited mobility). Most of all, I am PUMPED to see an opportunity for a "newb" like me.
I read these boards everyday, learning more all the time and I would LOVE to run logs for products that I feel might help me further my goals, but it's quite difficult to find the opportunities with a low post count. If given the chance, I will be DILIGENT and detailed.... hopefully breaking some PR's along the way! Oh BTW I do meet all requirements except post count

No logging experience really wanting to change that though!
I will do a very detailed log with videos, pictures, etc.
I currently run Wendler's 5/3/1.
Next year's goals:

No prior log experience but would love to start logging
My goal for 2013 is continue to change and challenge my body. I want to add size by this spring adding at least 10 more pounds of muscle and then cut. Currently, doing a 4 day split and this will greatly help to get the pump that I am looking for

I will. Macros/carbs are still relatively high (190/85/255) and overall I am feeling great. Talk to me in 4 or 5 weeks haha :P
Agree 100%. Growing up I was a catcher in baseball and I also played goalie in hockey collegiality. The wheels have always been one of my favorite things to train and I should stand out from the waist down. Just about coming in well enough conditioned to show off separation and shredded glutes.
Enough about me, back to this awesome promo!

My first goal for 2013 is to get absolutely shredded for my first college spring break!
Just ordered 2 bottles of ergobolic i got for an insane deal as my first ergogenix product to try! still seeing what else i want to add to my spring break cutting stack which i will be starting in 3 to 4 weeks!
Ergopump could be a really bad ass pre to give me the extra energy im going to need for this cut!
