I remember kfisher said she needed time away from the board at some point. I dont remember what thread it was but definitely sad that she hasnt found her way back. i dont rember what caused the others to leave or take time away. I was thinking about this earlier when reading some old posts.

in all srsness, that's a shame, really...i remember posting there when i first joined up. (under the ongoing changing titles that thread has had over the months/years) and i remember a guy (i should add him to my list above) who was a cool guy, used to be in there a lot. hbk (his name had numbers after it)...abe is his real name. just a cool fun guy. haven't seen him in a while, either.

maybe people actually do work during their workdays! that could be.

Nood begging thread, which was a continuation of the muscle milk thread and countless other reiterations was un-stickied. I have no idea why such a long established chat thread, that was recognised as such by the mods, would be un-stickied.

Sonti, I miss all the gals you mentioned in your OP. This place used to be filled with many dynamic, engaging, strong, smart women. Like all forums, people come and go, the place takes on a new "feel" with new members. Ebbs and flows, I guess.

I lurk once in a while. Real life is all. My daughter's cancer came back and that is what we are "doing" now. I still lift a few times a week to try to maintain but its minimal. I miss it here though, I miss the fun of the hobby. I wish I had the time and brainspace for things like this again.

Julia lost her gourd after that last cutting fiasco and seemed to go 180 in the other direction with hate towards bb'ing. And other women. Or somethng, lol.

Thanks Lisa! I am here now online since we have had a full week of hospitalization and nothing to do except sit around and stare at the walls. Its harder this go around, i know what it will be like this time. Last time, ignorance was bliss.
