What bf% you at now? you have same thing as me, your body likes to store fat around hips, so i'm geussing its around your arse and legs too? Mine is, but anyway, you have a decent chest already never mind once you've done bulking, biceps are swole, and your ab colum is looking thick even at a high bf%, which again, mine is the same, are you me brah?

I'm the same, it'll all go in the cut though, i hate how fat my hips look, but once the body fat goes, so does the hip, just genetics the places your fat, my dads the same, it's ok tough cause im at about 15% bf but can still see abs, cause its all around dem hips and arse, i pull the fat back on my hips, boom normal psyhique, but im just guna bulk and bulk untill i put on enough mass to cut, anyway good luck bro, i'll follow to see your progress, i'd rep you but run out of reps for today but i'll try and remember for tomorrow bro

Thanks bro, and erm think im about 170, i put 160 when i first made the account, been working out at around 3-4 months, I see alot of guys with it bro, a personal trainer at my gym was skinny as **** on top, and had fat hips, like literally all his BF on his hips. But my friend who i go to the gym with stores it on his moob's and stomach, just one of them things i geuss, you in the uk bro?

Only know when you cut bro, got pics? Im trying to expand rib cage through dumbbell pullovers, plus lats compensate, plus bb's such as jay and arnold had big hips, not that big of deal, if you train hard, get a 41 inch chest, won't be that bad, doubht you have 41 hips am i right? im at 31.5 inch waist, with 14-16% bf, you be getting it down soon, looking at your pics your waist seems perfect im jelly bro, get dem pecs dem lats and delts, your sorted bro

thanks man. yeah I'm trying to get get my chest bigger too. plus I have literally no lats at all lol so that makes it worse. my waist is about the same as yours maybe slightly bigger but its lower down that my hips stick out real bony you can't really tell in my pics. I'm trying to bulk at the moment and get some upper body mass.

Work back and bi's twice a week, for the back free weight is best, tbar row free weight, unless they have a free weight machine, and bent over barbell rows, i used to find them embarrassing to do put then i gave up caring, do deadlifts too, their a must, just builds you up all round, best exercises for the back are free weight, look for kai greenes videos on here, about the mind to muscle thing, making your muscles contract, also for chest dumbbell press and dips are the to best IMO cant feel ****tttt on bench press and it ****s up my rota-tor cuff, whats your diet like aswell? making sure your getting enough protein? get some creatine to it's good too, also about your surgery how long were you at of the gym for would you say i could go back to the gym after about a month if i get Nuss? I want to compete in the future, so the absolute MAX i wanna be out is 6 months, even that would be bad enough.
