    just turned 50 but feeling like 30

    Hi

    Do you know the feeling of turning 50 but your brain says "wait a minute buddy, your not old, time to get started!!"

    Would love to meet a female bodybuilder 40-55 to share body building chats and encourage each other on the journey.

    Just about to start a 12 week mass building program. I have been a cyclist for years but would like to add more muscle.
