Never really looked into Vitargo and before I go check it out I'm sure someone will enter and enlighten us both. Your current supps are nice. I'd reccomend a multi vitamin such as Orange Triad or Anavite and a Fish Oil.

OP, Vitargo, in my opinion, is a waste. If you have trouble reaching your carb count for the day then by all means go for it, but I find it easy to eat all of my carbs in a day.

If you're going to go with a powdered carb supplement, I suggest Glycofuse as well. Vitargo is very pricey.

I'd look into a multi if you feel your diet may be lacking, such as OT or Athletic Multi, and fish oil (OxiMega) for overall health purposes, some beta-alanine (SNS) would be a great addition as well.

I'd personally pass on any specialized carb supplements unless I was an extreme endurance athlete.

I would go with the basics from Optimum nutrition. ON 100 % whey . Optimen, performaxx, flaxseed, omega3 and Amino energy. VERY solid stack.

    Creatine mono, and fish oil.

Allmax or Axis Labs Creatine, and CL Oximega or Axis Labs Citrus Omega for fish oil.

OP already has a good whey and pre. No need for this overlap.

Multi and fish oil will round out your stack nicely, OP. I suggest CL Orange Triad or SAN Dr Feel Good for multi, and SAN Triple Fish Fats or CL Orange Oximega fish oil.

Fish Fats buy 2 get 1 free right now: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/san/tri.html

    Dr Feel Good: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/san/dr-feel-good.html

CL's stuff is also on sale right now if you go that route. Either way you're getting top quality products.

A multi and a fish oil would be a waste of your christmas money IMO. Save your money for more pre's, protein and creatine, honestly you don't need to be getting into anymore than that at 18.

How dare you call her an internet chick. She is a real woman of my dreams.

But, to the topic at hand. I agree with Dodge. I haven't used a multi in a while, and I am surviving.

I've been taking Vitargo for the past 10 months as an immediate post w/o glycogen and insulin booster. I love it and my results have been great. Vitargo is a proprietary formula extracted from barley. Absorbs 2.5 times faster than glycogen, which means it hydrates your muscles quicker than dextrose and enables your muscles to suck as as many free amino acids and proteins floating around in your blood stream.

I used to take Craze as a pre, but after the amphetamine find, I'm a little suspicious of DS. I've started taking BUZZ by EHPlabs as a pre and it's been awesome. Let me know your thoughts on it

    Thanks!
    You got the basics down.

At the most basic level, I enjoy a preworkouts, protein, and creatine.

Maybe look into a new preworkout to cycle through, some new proteins. iForce, Gaspari, XF whey are all pretty tasty.

I like to have 4-5 pres to cycle through at a time as I get bored with one quickly.

As for carb supps, I only truly find them useful with a busy, busy schedule or early AM lifts where I don't have time to eat a preworkout meal.

I wouldn't say that. EFA's are vital for any bodybuilder.

There is substantial evidence for the use of fish oil and other EFAs in the sedentary population or individuals with various disorders. However, there is little evidence to support supplementation in perfectly healthy athletes.

Like others said, definitely look into Glycofuse. It's brand new and the feedback has been remarkable so far. The new, popular trend appears to be our "Amino-Fuse" stack. AminoLast + Glycofuse.

And also check out the BB.com store right here. I believe you can get Anavite thrown in with the purchase of some other Gaspari products. So you may be able to kill two birds (Carb supplement and a Multi) with one stone.

    Best of luck!
