Any lacrosse players? Does anyone know how to add some more power into my shot? I have good stance but an ok follow through.
also, anyone familiar with any good long snapping techniques for football apart from the standard lsnap?
I fight MMA and practice Army Combatives, and I really love it. Any fellow fighters?

for shot power all you can do is shoot shoot shoot shoot. a stronger back helps but shooting is all about technique and practice.
pretty much the same goes for long snapping, practice practice practice, there is no secret to it.1/504 Red Devil Paratrooper
