producers likely won't use a picture with the front of posing trunks showing. Keep in mind general public will be seeing this, i can just see the insecure dick comments flowing from the general public on some of these covers

IMO, it would need to be something more symbolic. It doesn't just need to be a showcase for "my favourite competitor" as most have done here.
Something like this would work, but with a male athlete...
