I'm sure most of us have heard a very basic rule for cutting: no carbs after noon. Or sunset. Or 3 PM. Or whenever. I would like to know if this plan is a good one and if anybody knows any scientific backing behind it.
Thanks.

Your methabolic rate slows down throughout the day. I expect ur activity to also decrease throughout the day. Carbs are energy food. So high carb intakes during these periods are honesty a waste. Not 2 mention the "HIGHER" chance of it being stored as fat if not used.
I'm willing 2 bet that all ur EFA intakes are 2 low unless of course ur breaking another critical rule and mixing fat with carbsLast edited by Gareth; 07-27-2003 at 04:23 AM.
