Anyone know why I might have a bigger belly even though I'm so damn skinny? I'm guessing it's either unlucky genetics, my body likes to store fat their first, OR the fact that I used to be fat and lost a lot of weight...probably all 3 lol.
Is there any way to "lean" this area out while still on a bulk. I'm hoping if I build up more muscle it won't appear to be bigger than everywhere else. I'm currently at 6'3 190 pounds as a 17-year old

u seem like ur new to the gym, i'd say go for a super clean bulk, add a lot of protein in ur diet, good carbs, and make sure u get all ur vitamins and minerals too eat super healthy but a good amount especially of protein!!! And lift frequently and maybe do a slow amount of cardio twice or so a week, most important thing is eat a lot and healthy like 300 more than ur maintainenc i'd eat and since ur a newbie u will prolly lose fat along the way while gaining muscle
